Job summary

Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch is seeking a seasoned Private Banking Relationship Manager to manage HNW/UHNW client portfolios, delivering holistic wealth management and private banking solutions in Singapore.

You will develop client acquisition strategies, leverage personal networks and referrals, and drive wallet share while maintaining rigorous due diligence and compliance standards in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Existing client book with AUM exceeding SGD 100 million.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or affluent banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within the HNW/UHNW segment.
• Familiarity with Greater China and/or Southeast Asia client segments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients through holistic wealth management and private banking solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients by developing and executing client acquisition strategies through personal networks, referrals, internal partnerships, and external business channels.
• Drive portfolio penetration and enhance overall client wallet share and relationship depth.
• Provide advisory on portfolio allocation, investment opportunities, wealth preservation, lending and succession planning needs.
• Ensure proper client due diligence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to high standards of risk management and client servicing.

Job Requirements

• Sufficient relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or affluent banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within the HNW/UHNW segment.
• Strong understanding of investment products, lending solutions, and wealth management concepts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and networking capabilities.
• Familiarity with Greater China and/or Southeast Asia client segments.
