Job summary

RecruitPlus Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Banker to lead private banking relationships for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering bespoke wealth solutions and superior service across lending, investments and estate planning.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in private banking with US$500M+ AUM, a strong sales record, MBA/CFA/CIMA preferred, and a disciplined, compliant approach to client advisory and cross‑sell opportunities.

Qualifications

7–10 years in private banking or wealth management.
Proven ability to manage US$500M+ AUM.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics.
Knowledge of investments, lending, trust/estate planning, and tax.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven business development and revenue growth.
Proficiency in financial analysis and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and serve as their primary advisor.
Develop tailored financial strategies including lending and investments.
Collaborate with investment, trust, and credit teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Expand client base through networking and referrals while ensuring compliance.
