EXCTEL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior engineering leader to define and drive the AI strategy for our engineering business, ensuring solutions align with objectives and meet responsible AI standards.

You will pilot AI use cases in document generation, compliance review, and design calculations, measure impact, and work with IT and vendors to integrate tools into workflows. You will also own telecom packages from feasibility to detailed design.

• Lead AI strategy and standards for responsible AI, including human review and data security.
• Identify, pilot, and measure AI use cases in engineering workflows.
• Own telecom engineering packages through feasibility to detailed design; approve architecture.
• Review drawings, calculations, and deliverables; ensure compliance with quality and HSE.
• Oversee system integration, FAT/SAT/commissioning; define testing and handover standards.
• Lead senior telecom engineers and act as primary technical contact with customers and vendors.
