Job summary

PaxOcean Engineering PTE. LTD. seeks a senior engineering digitalization lead to drive AI-enabled data integration across 3D modelling,4D planning, and engineering reports.

You will collaborate with global teams to implement AI tools on design calculations, 3D modelling environments, and data workflows, delivering dashboards and executive reporting for project progress and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering; advanced digital engineering/Data science or AI qualifications are a strong plus.
• Minimum 15 years in engineering digitalization and information management in EPC/EPCM or marine/shipbuilding.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation across data systems, 3D modelling and AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with engineering platforms such as SmartPlant, COMOS, PDMS or equivalent.
• Experience in AI/ML development, autonomous agents, and web applications bridging data and end-users.
• Experience with EPC/shipyard management systems and data integration.
• Multicultural, cross-geography collaboration experience.
• Advanced SQL Server, ETL, complex schema mapping, data warehousing.
• Python and/or .NET scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with AI API integration, MCP frameworks and LLM-based apps.
• Power BI/SSRS/SSIS data visualization for engineering progress.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for engineering data
• Understanding of 3D modelling workflows and QA in shipbuilding/EPCM.
• Strong communication bridging technical and business audiences.
• Self-driven, innovative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Wrench EMS with Group AI applications focusing on data protection and auditability.
• Enable EMS data usage for progress tracking, interface management, and decision-making.
• Govern integration architecture with PaxOcean and Group AI teams.
• Ensure AI API integration complies with data governance and cybersecurity policies.
• Drive AI-assisted QA workflows and 4D simulations for planning and progress.
• Develop 4D planning standards and linked executive dashboards.
• Create plugins to automate data workflows and integrate project scheduling tools.
• Collaborate to apply AI for design calculations and engineering reports.
• Develop AI-powered tools and autonomous agents; ensure clean data flows.
