Job summary

EXECUTIVE SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE LTD seeks an AI & Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead enterprise AI, ML, Generative AI and digital transformation across maritime, ERP, and corporate functions.

Lead AI strategy, architecture, governance and technology roadmap while designing, deploying and optimising enterprise AI platforms. Collaborate with senior management and external partners to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise software development, AI, ML, or digital transformation.
• At least 5 years in technical leadership roles (AI Architect, Principal Engineer, AI Lead).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI solutions in large organisations.
• Experience integrating AI with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, IFS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy, architecture, governance framework and digital transformation roadmap.
• Architect, deploy and optimise AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, automation and analytics solutions integrated with ERP and maritime applications.
• Establish AI platforms, data architecture, pipelines, BI, dashboards and knowledge management.
• Lead lifecycle management of AI models, copilots, agents, NLP and enterprise AI applications.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance and Responsible AI governance.
• Build and mentor the AI engineering function and manage technology partnerships.
• Drive innovation, AI adoption and continuous improvement to boost business performance.
