OceanX in Singapore seeks a Mission Operations & AI Enablement Lead to oversee global expedition planning and execution while driving AI-enabled systems and automation across missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marine sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in project/operations management in global contexts.
• Experience building AI solutions and API integrations.
• Strong coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mission planning and execution across all phases.
• Coordinate permitting, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and system integrations.
• Develop dashboards and data reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate across OceanX's Science, Marine Ops, Education, and Partnerships.
