Job summary

CPG Corporation Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Architect to lead project teams, guide architectural design, and ensure solutions meet client requirements.

The role includes feasibility studies, design proposals, liaison with clients, contract negotiations, and managing multiple projects while ensuring standards and regulatory compliance on-site where required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit), SketchUp and relevant design software.
• Good understanding of Singapore codes, regulations and authority submissions.
• Strong design, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a team.
• Meticulous and able to organize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Project and/or design management of more than 3 - 4 projects at any given time.
• Possibly take on the role of PD (Project Director) or PL (Project Lead) and be in charge of or assist in project P&L and resource planning.
