Job summary

GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Architect to lead and coordinate complex projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and infrastructure sectors in Singapore.

You will manage project teams and consultants, ensure compliance with authorities, and drive technical coordination while coaching team members to upgrade their skills. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Post-graduate architectural experience a minimum of 10 years.
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp and related rendering/graphics tools.

Responsibilities

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare, infrastructure and MRT/rail etc.
• To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.
