Job summary

Pacific Life Re in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Pricing, Protection, Asia to lead pricing activities within the Asia Protection Pricing team and manage a small team of pricing professionals.

The role focuses on pricing terms, product development, and analysis, collaborating with Underwriting and Client Solutions to deliver solutions for clients across the region. Strong actuarial background and leadership required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of working experience in Life (Re)insurance with strong actuarial principles.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of pricing methodologies and product development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pricing terms and product development solutions to clients with high technical standards.
• Manage pricing projects/quotes with minimal support and peer-review team members' work.
• Oversee ongoing treaty reviews, pricing methodology and model reviews.
• Support Client Solutions in maintaining relationships with clients and promoting the brand.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the pricing team.
