Job summary

PartnerRe Ltd. is seeking a Life and Health Senior Pricing Actuary to join our growing team in Singapore or Hong Kong. You will price life reinsurance treaties and support product development for Greater China and Southeast Asia, reporting to the Head of Pricing, Greater China and Southeast Asia.

You will perform actuarial pricing analyses, own assumptions, and provide technical expertise while collaborating with underwriters and client markets to ensure sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in life insurance pricing (pricing/data analytics preferred).
• FIA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong ability to analyse big data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages (R, Python, Axis, Prophet).

Responsibilities

• Perform actuarial pricing exercises for life reinsurance quotes across designated markets.
• Support deal underwriters in tender responses with sound assumptions and technical analyses.
• Develop pricing benchmarks and tools; peer-review quotations for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and ensure sustainable business.
