Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Precious Metal Logistics and Clearing Specialist to manage end-to-end processing of precious metals transactions and oversee physical movements, inventory and reconciliations. You will work with front office, risk, legal, finance and tech teams to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely settlement.

Responsibilities include maintaining control evidence, resolving breaks, and leading process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in precious metals, commodities, clearing, settlement, custody or physical logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of precious metals transaction lifecycles and inventory controls.
• Experience with regulatory requirements, risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Leadership experience or ability to supervise teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of precious metals transactions including validation, confirmation and settlement.
• Coordinate physical metal movements with vaults, carriers and counterparties.
• Perform reconciliations of clearing and settlement records and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain daily operational controls and provide evidence for audits and reviews.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and governance across scope.
