Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in financial institution security, risk or authentication.
• Experience in sales, presales or software implementation.
• Able to translate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing ROI and presenting business impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contractual solution consulting virtually and in person.
• Guide customers through solutions with technical demos and walkthroughs.
• Assist Sales with technical presentations and detailed statements of work.
• Measure ROI estimates and actuals to support new and renewal business.
• Scope and communicate professional services components for solutions.
• Address objections using own expertise and escalation paths.
• Serve as an SME on ThreatMetrix products for RFIs and prospects.
