Job summary

Hello Group is seeking a Trust & Safety Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for safety features, moderation, and user tools. You will lead cross‑functional teams, analyze complex data, and shape product strategy to protect users while driving metrics in a global dating/ social platform environment.

The role requires strong SQL/BI proficiency, product ownership experience, and excellent communication. This position is based in Singapore and offers a pathway to scale impact across APAC

Qualifications

• 4–8 years as a Product Manager in trust & safety domain in consumer tech (mobile apps preferred).
• Proven track record of shipping features that moved core metrics (retention, conversion).
• Mastery of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strategic mindset: break long-term goals into executable roadmaps.
• Leadership DNA: decisiveness, prioritization clarity, and stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional communication (English fluency; Mandarin a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for trust & safety, including moderation and user-facing tools.
• Make high-impact decisions with limited information, balancing vision and execution.
• Decipher insights from qualitative and quantitative data (studies, dashboards, A/B tests).
• Master feature lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market and iteration.
• Write airtight specs and user stories for engineering/design teams.
• Unblock teams, manage timelines, and communicate changes proactively.
• Foster team trust through clear goals and conflict resolution.
