Hello Group is a global social technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to own medium-to-large product areas end-to-end, driving activation, retention and monetization while mentoring junior PMs and collaborating with executives.

This role is based in Singapore with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and reports to the Head of Product. You will define compelling experiences that elevate metrics and work with cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in consumer tech (mobile apps preferred).
• Proven track record of shipping features that moved core metrics (retention, conversion).
• Mastery of SQL, A/B testing, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Strategic mindset: break long-term goals into executable roadmaps.
• Leadership DNA: decisiveness, prioritization, stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional communication in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for your domain and align with company goals.
• Make high-impact decisions with partial information while balancing long-term and short-term execution.
• Drive business outcomes by overseeing medium/large projects such as feature suites and growth loops.
• Analyze data from user studies, SQL/BI dashboards, and A/B tests to derive actions.
• Coach junior PMs and foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering and design.
