Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of independently owning assigned tasks or leading complex, end-to-end delivery of ambiguous projects.
• Strong analytical intuition with the ability to identify and mitigate risks from both a technical and market perspective.
• A profound sense of ownership to identify opportunities, recommend process improvements, and take calculated risks while learning from both successes and failures.
• A commitment to collaborative growth: you proactively offer help, constructively challenge existing processes for continuous improvement, and share successes and failures openly to ensure team success.

Responsibilities

• Own product area from conception to launch; define vision and North Star metrics.
• Make data-driven decisions amid ambiguity; use user research and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver quickly and well.
• Liaise with SPF, IMDA and global platforms; drive Whole-of-Government alignment.
• Lead and mentor juniors; translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
