Job summary

Binance in Singapore seeks a leader to set the product direction for margin financing and securities lending within the core trading infrastructure, owning the architecture of clearing and settlement systems.

You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, improve core margin systems, and collaborate with trading engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of margin financing and securities lending mechanics.
• Experience designing or owning the architecture of clearing/settlement or margin systems.
• Technical or quantitative background (CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for margin financing and related systems within the core trading infrastructure.
• Own the architecture design of clearing and settlement systems—trade clearing, position and balance settlement, multilateral netting, fee and interest settlement, and reconciliation.
• Improve core margin systems including collateral valuation, cross/isolated margin logic, interest accrual, borrow/lend flows, and liquidation handling.
• Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex financing and settlement needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
• Monitor system performance, settlement integrity, and reconciliation accuracy; identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
