Job summary

OKX is expanding its Trading Product Group in Singapore and seeks a senior trading product manager to define and deliver risk-focused features for derivatives and spot trading. You will oversee product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet traders' onboarding and trading needs.

The role emphasizes risk monitoring, data-driven design, and coordination across departments to drive growth and stability in crypto markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with product manager experience.
• Interest in trading, blockchain and finance.
• Strong product design and project management knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data to identify user needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.
• English proficiency; Chinese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for crypto trading products.
• Optimize risk control rules and insurance fund growth.
• Monitor risks and iterate improvements post-launch.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, market and operations.
• Guide junior PMs to develop risk-control methodologies.
