Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior brand managers to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead brand strategy and creative direction for consumer or B2B brands, creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated assets across core workflows such as brand decks, briefs, and guidelines.

The role offers flexible, remote work with 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated brand documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead brand-related creative direction and ensure professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
