Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Digital Engineering Lead who will own day‑to‑day platform delivery, ensure security and production readiness, and drive the technical uplift across APAC.

You will translate the technical roadmap into executable plans, lead platform and architecture leads, oversee the policy administration and claims platform rollout, run cross‑cutting programs, and champion AI‑assisted tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in modern cloud-native engineering (Azure, C#/.NET, TypeScript, CI/CD at production scale).
• Experience leading platform or architecture teams—comfortable managing leads and with technical detail.
• Proven track record modernising platforms in brownfield environments without service disruption.
• Able to translate technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated B2B digital environments.

Responsibilities
