Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer/Assistant Director (Planning) to lead the development of engineering models for integrated water resource management, guiding the design and construction of advanced water systems.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver milestones on time, prepare reports, present to management, engage external government agencies, and support documentation, compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GIS applications, and data visualization tools.
Good writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery of key milestones, prepare reports and present recommendations to management.
Undertake long-term planning and collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful execution of project.
Engage external government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
Support documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Any other duties as assigned.
