Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer/Assistant Director (Planning) to lead the development of engineering models for integrated water resource management, guiding the design and construction of advanced water systems.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver milestones on time, prepare reports, present to management, engage external government agencies, and support documentation, compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

What the role is

As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Director (Planning) in the Water Systems Department, Planning & Capability Development Division, you will be part of a team to lead the development of engineering models to plan and guide the design and construction of systems to enhance integrated water resource management and undertake related R&D projects.

What you will be working on

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following areas:

• Ensure timely delivery of key milestones, prepare reports and present recommendations to management.
• Undertake long‑term planning efforts and collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful execution of project
• Engage external government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate project implementation
• Support documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Any other duties as assigned.
