Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Planner for a renowned building and construction client in Singapore. You will develop, maintain, and update master programmes and detailed construction schedules for major infrastructure works using Primavera P6.

You will monitor progress, prepare progress reports and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery. A degree in Civil/Construction Management and 5–8 years experience are required, with

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience within the construction/infrastructure industry
• Prior experience working on LTA/MRT/rail or major civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update the Master Programme and detailed construction schedules for major LTA infrastructure works using Primavera P6
• Establish baseline programmes, work breakdown structures, construction sequences, key milestones and critical paths in accordance with project and LTA requirements
• Monitor actual site progress against the approved programme and provide regular planned vs actual progress analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, progress forecasts, manpower/resource histograms and other planning reports for management and client submission
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Managers, engineers and subcontractors to obtain progress updates and ensure accurate programme reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES
