Job summary

achieve career consultant pte ltd is seeking a Planner for LTA/Building projects to develop and monitor project schedules, and prepare baseline, 6-month look ahead, and rolling programme updates. The role requires coordination with internal QS and engineers to track site progress and claims.

The candidate should be proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel, with at least 3 years of relevant construction planning experience. Knowledge of HVAC (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of planning processes, tools.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction and building industry; preferably Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
