Job summary

PHARM-D SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive growth with key accounts in Singapore. You will collaborate with Marketing to boost product listings and plan marketing activities, while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.

You will organise CME sessions and roundtables, implement sales strategies to meet targets, manage existing accounts, and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in specialty care sales; oncology exposure is a plus.
• Experience managing specialist accounts and key stakeholders in hospitals.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and collaborate with Marketing to drive sales growth.
• Lead and manage the product listing process with key accounts, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support Marketing in planning and executing activities for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to execute initiatives.
• Organise CME sessions, roundtables, and engagement activities with healthcare professionals.
• Implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Manage existing accounts, secure orders, develop new opportunities, and plan daily territory activities.
