Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or skincare industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of dermatology, orthopaedics, supplements, or aesthetic medicine will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare professionals, clinics, and partners.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Drive sales performance by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
• Effectively present and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Conduct product training and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and business partners.
• Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning and offerings.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships with key clients to support long-term business growth.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries while providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and sales forecasts.
