Job summary

Softvil Technologies is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to ensure scalability and reliability of our applications. You will design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
