Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking an experienced Lead Performance Testing professional to own end-to-end testing for enterprise software and systems. You will define performance strategies, test plans, workload models, and scenarios, and lead the team to ensure reliable, scalable software releases.

You will design and maintain test scripts with LoadRunner or JMeter, perform load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing, and analyze results to drive tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in software testing; 5+ years leading performance testing.
• Proven experience with performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, capacity testing.
• Hands-on LoadRunner or JMeter experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, distributed systems.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments; SDLC/STLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end performance testing for software applications and systems.
• Define performance test strategies, plans, workload models, and scenarios.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner/JMeter.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, network, and operations teams.
• Monitor performance using monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Integrate performance testing into project delivery and release cycles.
• Prepare reports, findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Establish performance testing standards, best practices, and governance within the team.
