Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in performance testing of enterprise software is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to rapidly acquire new skills.

Responsibilities

• Design performance test architecture, strategy, and test plans for cloud-native and on-premises applications.
• Build scalable, portable, and configurable test scripts; execute load, stress, volume, endurance, spike, break point, and concurrent testing.
• Analyze performance metrics, compare system performance across resources, and identify bottlenecks.
• Deliver clear end-user performance benchmarks and reports; collaborate on capacity planning guidelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering to address issues and optimize product performance.
