DCS Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Executive, Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition, usage and growth for our credit card business. You will own paid media strategy across key digital channels and lead campaign execution end-to-end.

You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Data and Creative teams, build dashboards, optimize CAC/CPA, ROAS, and retention, and stay ahead of trends in fintech marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
