Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive, Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition, usage and growth for our credit card business. The role will own paid media strategy, social media strategy, campaign execution, performance optimization, and acquisition efficiency across key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid media and user acquisition and retention strategies for credit card products.
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic and other performance channels.
• Manage media budgets and continuously optimize CAC/CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and customer retention and quality.
• Develop audience targeting, creative testing, bidding and channel optimization strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Growth, Data and Creative teams to improve the full acquisition funnel
• Build dashboards and conduct campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing ROI.
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, competitor activities and new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, media buying, digital user acquisition and driving usage campaigns. Prior experience in a digital agency would be considered.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns and budget optimization.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including CAC, CPA, CVR, ROAS and LTV.
• Experience in credit cards, consumer finance, fintech, payments, banking or other B2C financial products is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns based on measurable business results.
• Experience with attribution, tracking and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong ownership and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
