Trust Bank Singapore is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, app install and programmatic channels in Singapore. You will manage a multi-million-dollar annual budget, drive KPI ownership (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and collaborate with Product, Data, and Compliance.

You will lead a small team and partner with agencies to build a high-velocity, compliant marketing engine while aligning with MAS advertising guidelines and trust branding.

Competenze

• 10+ years in performance or growth marketing with paid acquisition leadership.
• Hands-on with paid social, search, and mobile app install campaigns.
• Experience with measurement platforms and privacy-focused tracking.

• Set strategy, budget allocation and long-term paid acquisition roadmap.
• Own acquisition KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Lead a multi-channel paid media engine and optimise campaigns at scale.
