Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with senior-level HRBP exposure.
• Strong track record in strategic workforce planning, organisation design and change.
• Ability to connect workforce data and insights to practical recommendations.
• Credibility to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in technology, the public sector, or transformation-heavy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser and constructive challenger to division leaders.
• Translate business direction into a prioritised people agenda and recommend interventions.
• Lead strategic workforce reviews, scenario planning, and organisation design.
• Shape workforce size, structure, capabilities and deployment to balance near-term and long-term needs.
• Diagnose organisational issues and lead people dimensions of transformation and restructuring.
• Drive performance and talent reviews, strengthen calibration and succession pipelines.
• Coach senior leaders and managers to embed leadership development into day-to-day management.
• Provide sound judgement on complex people matters balancing organisational and individual interests.
• Use workforce data and insights to influence decisions across POD and HR ecosystem.
