Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Pega Developer (Associate/Senior Associate) with 3–7 years of hands-on experience to deliver Pega-based solutions in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, UX, data & integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certification: CSA mandatory; CSSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Pega-based solutions for enhancements or new requests.
• Design scalable architecture using Pega frameworks and enterprise patterns.
• Use Pega Case Management to streamline complex workflows.
• Create user-centric interfaces with Pega UX principles.
• Integrate Pega with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing; troubleshoot issues.
• Produce Pega reports and dashboards to support insights.
• Document configurations, designs, and changes for audit and compliance.
• Stay current with Pega releases and best practices; mentor juniors.
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
