Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Pega Developer in Singapore to support development, enhancement and production support of Pega applications. You will develop, test and deploy Pega solutions, address incidents and perform root cause analysis across Case Management, Data Pages and UI components.

The role requires CSA certification, 3+ years Pega experience, and strong collaboration with analysts and architects.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on Pega development, implementation and support experience.
Mandatory Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
Hands-on Pega Platform experience: Case Management, Flows, Data Pages, UI, Integrations.
Experience supporting production systems including incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, messaging and enterprise system integrations.
Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, test and deploy Pega applications with case management and UI components.
Investigate production incidents and resolve defects; perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Analysts, Solution Architects and external vendors.
Prepare technical and operational documentation and code reviews.
Provide guidance to junior developers and support teams.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, maintainability and processes.
