Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Pega Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and guide a delivery team across architecture, workflows, and integrations.

The role requires 7+ years of IT experience with strong Pega expertise, familiarity with Case Management and Data Pages, and leadership skills. CSSA is preferred; CLSA advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong expertise in Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.
• Experience with Case Management, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules, Integration, Security, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Pega application architecture and design principles.
• Experience leading Pega development teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is strongly preferred; CLSA an advantage.

• Strong understanding of performance tuning and Pega guardrails.
• Experience leading Pega development teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is strongly preferred; Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) would be an advantage.
• Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, or other large enterprise transformation programs would be beneficial.
