Job summary

NCS is hiring a Consultant to design, develop, and support Pega applications, leveraging low-code capabilities, building case types, data models, and integrations with external systems. The role emphasizes security, performance, and adherence to best practices within a dynamic APAC team.

The ideal candidate will have CLSA or equivalent certs, 5+ years in Pega, and hands-on experience with Pega Cloud, Kubernetes, REST/SOAP integrations, and React/Angular front-ends.

Qualifications

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or equivalent certs.
• Diploma/Degree in CS/CE/IT or IT equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in developing/delivering Pega apps.
• Strong knowledge of Pega OOTB capabilities and App Studio/Dev Studio.
• Experience integrating Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Pega Cloud services.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and support Pega applications per requirements.
• Design cases, data models, UIs, and system integrations.
• Implement business rules, workflows, and SLAs.
• Apply security rules and performance optimizations.
• Create/maintain technical designs and test cases.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with new Pega features and best practices.
