Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd seeks a strategic leader to provide technical oversight for end-to-end Outer Layer processes, ensuring multi-layer PCB quality and yield targets. You will synchronize complex chemical lines, high-precision imaging, and solder mask applications while directing operations across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Outer Layer, Photo Printing, Chemical Processing, LPSM, AOI and Specialized Finishing operations to meet KPIs.
• Conduct high-level resource planning (Machine, Manpower, Method) to maximize capability and control.
• Drive throughput, reduce WIP and shorten turnaround times.
• Uphold 5S housekeeping and safe, world-class manufacturing environment.
