Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a strategic Operations Leader to drive end-to-end execution of Outer Layer processes in a high-precision PCB manufacturing environment in Singapore.

You will synchronize complex chemical lines, imaging, and solder mask applications to ensure product quality and yield targets. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan resources for 24/7 operations, mentor engineers, and uphold 5S and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• PCB experience is a highly desirable advantage.
• Relevant working knowledge in the PCB manufacturing industry.
• Experience with process trends is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Outer Layer, Photo Printing, Chemical Processing, LPSM, AOI, and Specialized Finishing to meet KPIs.
• Plan resources (machines, manpower, methods) to maximize process capability.
• Improve workflow to minimize WIP and reduce turnaround time.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe manufacturing environment.
• Standardize documentation, SOPs, and work instructions on the shop floor.
