Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, guide production teams, and deliver targets for output, quality, and efficiency. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and adherence to SOPs in a high‑volume, precision setting.

You will review performance, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement with engineering and frontline teams, building capability and ensuring sustainable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in high-volume, precision manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and lead production teams to deliver agreed targets for output, quality, efficiency and operating costs.
• Review operational performance, identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve throughput, productivity and process stability.
• Drive improvement programmes across the production area, working with engineering and frontline teams to enhance processes and overall operational effectiveness.
• Develop team capability through structured coaching, skills development and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, workplace organisation, safety and adherence to established operating procedures.
