Job summary

The role requires a diploma and at least five years of payroll or HR experience, with strong Excel skills. Experience with Workday and Alteryx is an advantage, and you’ll thrive in a detail‑oriented, team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least a diploma in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of payroll or HR experience, preferably in a payroll or shared services environment or audit firm.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate level and above).
• Hands-on experience in Workday and Alteryx will have an advantage.
• A strong team player who is analytical, numbers-savvy, organized, process-driven and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness in the payment of salaries to PwC employees in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll queries and provide information to employees and external parties (IRAS, CPF, etc.).
• Submission of CPF payment advices.
• Preparation of IR8E and IR21 returns.
• Submit payroll reports on time to the finance or related departments.
• Coordinate with payroll vendor about payroll matters.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.
