Job summary

Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd, a NETS subsidiary, leads payment infrastructure projects in Singapore. The Business Analyst will translate complex business needs into functional specifications for payment ecosystems, support test strategies, and develop operations documentation to improve service delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in business analysis within financial services or payments, plus strong communication with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within the financial services or payment industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and discussions to engage stakeholders and elicit and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into functional and other specifications, ensuring alignment with scheme and participant requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Support technical team with preparation of technical documents like message format and transaction flow specifications.
• Identify gaps and propose viable alternatives; conduct feasibility analyses and assess impact and risk of changes.
• Serve as liaison between users and technical teams through implementation cycles; ensure requirements are incorporated into design.
• Support UAT by developing test strategies and validating test cases.
• Develop and maintain operations documentation for payment services; identify improvements to processes and documentation.
• Provide inputs on project progress for status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; communicate clearly and escalate scope creep when needed.
