Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in financial services or payment industry preferred.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, considering regulatory needs.
• Support technical documentation preparation, e.g. flow and message specs.
• Identify gaps and propose viable alternatives; conduct impact analyses.
• Act as liaison between users and technical teams throughout implementation.
• Develop operations documentation and best practices for process improvement.
• Provide inputs for project status reports and dashboards.
