Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with deep domain knowledge in payment processing platforms, including international and real-time payments, FX, settlement, and ISO messaging. You will work with global and local product teams, client services, and operations to gather requirements, translate them into functional payment engine capabilities, and drive end-to-end solutions.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with hands-on experience

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of corporate and cross-border payment processing
Experience translating BRDs into functional designs
Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and propose solutions

Responsibilities

Provide strong functional expertise across payment processing platforms and clearing/settlement mechanisms.
Gather requirements through workshops and collaborate with product, client services, and operations teams.
Translate requirements into payment engine capabilities and design end-to-end solutions.
Perform defect triage and ensure system stability and quality.
Develop SOPs and deliver user training when necessary.
Provide Level 3 production support and assist incident recovery.
