Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage dentists' appointment calendars and reschedule requests.
• Support day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing, including financial counselling and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clinics across hospitals on surgical operation lists and pre-admission testing.
• Handle patient enquiries tactfully and professionally.
