Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in account management, partnerships, sales, or business development.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and partnerships.
• Analytical and numerical skills with sales forecasting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data-driven storytelling.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, travel, e-commerce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of Island Partners and strategic partners to support sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners through engagement and reviews.
• Support onboarding and commercialisation of new products, experiences and partnerships.
• Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations to achieve outcomes.
• Act as liaison between partners and internal stakeholders for initiatives.
