Job summary

SDC-SLM Sentosa Leisure Management Pte. Ltd. seeks a dynamic professional to drive sales revenue by managing island partner accounts, expanding distribution, and improving guest journeys across Sentosa.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes that support growth and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on onboarding partners, coordinating product distribution, and supporting campaigns, with a strong emphasis on analytics and partner relationship

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; able to engage and influence partners.
• Good commercial acumen with experience supporting negotiations and sales initiatives.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; experienced in sales reporting, forecasting and tracking.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to analyse data and present insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project coordination能力.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Island Partners and strategic partners to support sales growth and maximise distribution across Sentosa's channels.
• Coordinate onboarding and management of partner products and experiences across online, on-site, B2B and other distributions channels.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales through campaigns, partnerships and new distribution channels.
• Monitor sales performance and partner activities; prepare forecasts, dashboards and reports for management and partners.
• Provide insights to improve sales and guest experience and support business planning.
