Job summary

ATLAS ANALYTICS is seeking a GTM Engineer (Lead Gen & Data Automation Builder) to own the data and automation layer powering our outbound engine. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows that turn ICP briefs into clean, enriched, ready-to-activate prospect data with precision and high quality.

You will collaborate with Growth and CSM to ship repeatable, measurable pipelines, report to the Head of Operations, and continuously improve workflows with guardrails and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GTM automations end-to-end.
• Translate briefs into precise datasets and QA steps.
• Document standards for sourcing, enrichment, and tool usage.
• Ensure data accuracy and system uptime across tools.
• Spot inefficiencies and deploy scalable fixes.
• Serve as escalation point for leadership only on strategic issues.
• Continuously improve pipelines with experiments and templating.
