Job summary

You will prepare technical reports and communicate findings across teams in a structured R&D setting. You should have a Master/PhD in Chemistry (or related) with 3+ years of experience, strong organic/fluorocarbon material background, and a track record of research excellence.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Chemistry (or related) with 3+ years in a technical role.
• Strong synthesis and characterization of organic/fluorocarbon materials.
• Proven research excellence with publications and patents.
• Experience with GPC, HPLC, LC-TOF, FTIR or ToF-SIMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize lubricants, optimize reaction conditions, and purify end-products.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate findings.
• Support routine laboratory operations, safety compliance, and housekeeping.
• Operate independently on most assignments with minimal supervision.
