Job summary

HR Focus is seeking an experienced order-to-cash professional in Singapore’s Kallang area. You will manage ERP-based order entry, coordinate with logistics, invoicing and order history while supporting projects and sales targets for a high-vacuum solutions provider.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in relevant fields, 8+ years in multi-functional operations, and strong Chinese communication. Proficiency in ERP and MS Office is essential. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Supply Chain or relevant course of studies.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operational multi-functional process environment.
• Proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• With relevant working experience in Semicon industry
• With program/project management background
• Good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in a global manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. PowerPoint and Access knowledge is an advantage (Include PowerPoint and Access for Administrator)
• Must be proficient in intermediate level of Excel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Team player with good problem solving ability

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into ERP system for customers’ purchase orders and sales/service orders.
• Transact, monitor and track customer order changes and requirements to the specific order(s).
• Coordinate with Logistics/Customer Operations Team for shipping and distribution of parts to fulfill customers’ orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing to customers in line with Incoterms and Payment Terms.
• Maintain complete order history for audit and retrieval.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Customers to determine shipping requirements.
• Support and participate in all Corporate projects.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in achieving sales targets by managing revenue and delivery risks.
• Create work instructions and SOPs for order to cash processes where applicable for the sales organization.
• Perform other duties as required on project or necessity basis from superior.
