Celecti Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment specialist to manage end-to-end processes. You will process orders in SAP, coordinate shipments, monitor backlogs, and handle customer inquiries to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain and at least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with regional exposure. Experience in medical devices or FMCG is advantageous; SAP proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfilment; regional exposure is preferred.
• Experience in medical devices or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process from order receipt to shipment coordination and invoicing.
• Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP, ensuring timely fulfilment.
• Monitor order backlog, shipments, billing and backorders, proactively following up on outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres to expedite shipments and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, providing timely updates on order and shipment status.
• Manage customer returns and repair requests, liaising with the Repair Centre for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve order-related issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify process gaps and root causes, contribute to process improvement and integration projects.
• Provide team coverage and backup support, and assist with ad-hoc duties when required.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues as needed.
